TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cypher eSIM ("we," "us," "our"), an anonymous travel eSIM service. By purchasing or using a Cypher eSIM eSIM or our website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Cypher eSIM provides eSIM plans for mobile internet in 180+ countries, sold through our website (cypheresim.com) and Telegram bot, and paid in cryptocurrency. Data plans provide data connectivity only; they do not provide a phone number, calls, or SMS. Calling plans, sold on our website, additionally include a phone number with minutes and SMS for the plan's validity period. The underlying mobile networks are operated by third-party connectivity partners, not by Cypher eSIM.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are responsible for ensuring that buying and using an anonymous, crypto-paid eSIM is lawful where you live and where you use it.

3. No identity verification (no KYC)

We do not collect identity documents, perform KYC, or verify your real-world identity. "No KYC" is a privacy feature, not a licence to break the law. Because we do not verify identity, you alone are responsible for the lawful use of the service in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not: violate any applicable laws or telecom regulations; use the service for fraud, spam, or illegal activity; attempt unauthorised access to any system or data; or copy, distribute, or resell the service without our prior written permission.

5. Payment

Plans are paid in cryptocurrency at the price shown at checkout. Payment must be completed within the time window displayed at the time of purchase; unconfirmed orders expire automatically. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you underpay (for example, due to network fees), your order may not be fulfilled until the balance is received; confirmed payments are credited to your order.

6. Delivery & activation

Once payment is confirmed, we issue your eSIM (QR code and/or activation details). You are responsible for ensuring that your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and is correctly configured. Activation timing depends on your device and the local network.

7. Refunds

eSIMs are digital goods, delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. After delivery, an eSIM is considered used and is therefore non-refundable, except in the case of a confirmed technical error on our side that we cannot remedy (for example, a non-functional eSIM that we cannot replace). Where a refund is granted, it is issued in cryptocurrency to a wallet you provide; network fees may apply.

Calling plans (eSIMs with a phone number, minutes and SMS): for calling plans the guarantee is fulfilled by replacement, not by a refund. If the eSIM itself does not work — there is no signal where the plan should have coverage, or the QR code does not install on a compatible phone — we replace it at our cost. A mistake on the buyer's side — wrong country, a local plan installed before arrival, wrong dates — is not refundable, because the network operator does not accept such plans back. Calling plans cannot be topped up or extended.

8. Coverage & service quality

Coverage, speeds, and availability depend on local mobile networks operated by our connectivity partners and are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific speeds, or coverage in any particular location. Fair-use limits may apply to certain plans.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and platform technology are owned by Cypher eSIM or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the service without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or network.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cypher eSIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from network outages, device incompatibility, or your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if we reasonably believe it is being used for illegal activity or in breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where it applies). Privacy questions and data-subject requests: support@cypheresim.com.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page; continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Jurisdiction

These Terms are designed to operate without recourse to a specific national jurisdiction. By using the service, you take responsibility for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction. Any disputes shall first be raised in good faith through the contact channel below.
