PRIVACY POLICY

Cypher eSIM ("we," "us") provides anonymous travel eSIMs. Privacy isn't a feature we bolted on — it's the product.

This policy is short and specific on purpose: it says exactly what we do and don't collect.

What we do NOT collect

We never require, request, or store:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Any government ID, KYC, or identity verification
• Your IP address, geolocation, or device identifiers in any form linkable to you
• Behavioral or advertising profiles

What we DO collect — the minimum to deliver your eSIM

• Order record: the plan you bought, the destination, the crypto payment reference, and the eSIM ICCID issued to you. We need this to provision the eSIM and to help you if something breaks.
• Telegram bot: if you order via our Telegram bot, Telegram provides your Telegram user ID so the bot can operate. We do not take your phone number or real name from it.

Payments

Payments are in cryptocurrency, processed via our crypto payment processor. We see only the transaction reference needed to confirm your order. We never receive card numbers or bank details — we don't accept them.

Provisioning your eSIM

To activate your eSIM, your plan and ICCID are shared with our upstream eSIM connectivity partner, which operates the mobile networks. This is the only sharing required for the product to work.

Cookies & analytics

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers. Any analytics we use is privacy-respecting and cookieless, storing no personal data or IP addresses.

• Our crypto payment processor (to confirm payment)
• Our upstream eSIM connectivity partner (to provision your eSIM)

Retention

We keep the order record only as long as needed to support your eSIM and handle refunds, then delete it.

Your rights

Because we hold almost no personal data, there's little to request — but you may contact us to access or delete any order record linked to you (GDPR-aligned).

Children

Our service is not directed to anyone under 18.
